Cracked this open for a birthday and the color alone was worth it—that deep salmon glow in the glass. The extended time on the lees gives it a silky, almost creamy texture that I wasn't expecting from a rosé, and the balance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir comes through perfectly.

The extended aging really gives this rosé a depth I wasn't expecting—smooth and complex. I just wish the bottle had arrived a bit cooler since we wanted to open it right away. Still, a fantastic choice for a special evening.
