Groundwork Counoise Carbonique Natural Wine - 750ml

I was expecting something tart and fizzy but this Counoise is softer, almost like crushed berries with a little earthiness underneath. You can tell the grapes were hand harvested because nothing tastes rushed or overdone. Already ordered two more bottles for the weekend.

The carbonic maceration really shows—it's light and juicy with a lively fizz that makes it dangerously easy to sip. You can taste the care in those hand-picked grapes, and knowing it's organic and sustainably farmed makes it taste even better.

The mix of grapes from those three organic vineyards makes this taste really layered and alive, way more interesting than your usual bottle. Popped it with dinner and the whole table kept going back for refills, so it's clearly a crowd-pleaser.
