This actually works great in a rum and coke—the fermented cane base gives it a real depth that most non-alcoholic spirits lack. I was skeptical, but the body and aroma are surprisingly close to an aged rum.

The body is there, and it mixes fine in a dark and stormy, but the finish is a bit thin and lacks that lingering warmth you get from the real thing. It's a decent stand-in when you're not drinking, just not quite convincing yet.
