The Vice Cabernet Sauvignon - 750ml

Poured this alongside a ribeye and the fruit intensity really stood out — dark cherry up front without being jammy. The texture is smooth and the tannins are already well integrated, so it drinks nicely right out of the bottle.

I grabbed this for a steak dinner and the fruit really holds up against the char. Tannins are smooth enough that it drinks well without a long decant, though I'd still give it fifteen minutes. For a Napa Cab at this price, the texture is impressively plush.

Poured a glass about twenty minutes before dinner and the fruit really opened up — dark cherry and a bit of mocha. For the price, this drinks way smoother than most Napa cabs I've tried.
