The deep purple colour is what sold me, and it turns a gorgeous soft pink the second you add tonic—such a fun party trick. That light floral fragrance carries through without being overpowering, and the citrus and spice balance is spot on for sipping neat.

We tried this in a gin and tonic and the color change from the botanicals was a hit at the party. The floral notes come through beautifully without being too perfumey.

Emma ★★★★☆ Oct 20, 2026

The citrus and spice balance is really nice—it’s smooth enough to sip neat, though I wish the floral side came through a bit stronger. The colour is fun to play with in cocktails, and it’s become my go-to for a simple gin and tonic.
