Jumbo Time Wines is a Los Angeles + Sonoma based natural winery, started in 2020, working with organically farmed (dry farmed & biodynamic when possible) fruit, and practicing minimal intervention in the cellar.

They work to the ethos that natural wine is about farming, not necessarily a certain taste profile, meaning they make the fun orange + chilled Reds wines along with the elegant Pinot Noirs & big bold Syrah's that share the same farming & wine making ethos. Deep Sea Love Paradise is an easy to drink, California Rosé.

There’s fruit, there’s acidity, but it’s light on its feet with the perfect touch of floral aromatics—it goes down easy! Mourvèrdre and Cinsaut were co-fermented and pressed together, then aged in stainless steel tanks, then blended with a touch of Carbonic Cinsaut, bringing both fresh fruit and color, along with Muscat Canelli which provides a stunning aroma, and Pinot Noir Rose to round things out. A lightly aromatic, crisp, bone dry rosé that could easily become a weekly staple in your fridge.

Christopher Y. ★★★★★

Poured this chilled on a Tuesday and the whole kitchen smelled like wild strawberries. It's cloudy and a little fizzy, which threw me at first, but the dry-farmed fruit keeps it tasting clean instead of funky. Gone in two nights, ordering more.

Avery ★★★★★

I'm a sucker for minimal-intervention wines, and this one is everything I want from a natural bottle—bright, wild, and alive. Knowing it's dry-farmed and organically grown makes it taste even better, honestly. Already ordered a second one.

Isabella J. ★★★★★

Opened this for a backyard dinner and the cloudy pour had everyone curious before the first sip. It's dry-farmed fruit done with minimal intervention, and you can taste it — tart cherry, a little funk, super alive. Gone before the food even hit the table.
