Yéyo High Proof Blanco 96 represents the purest spirit on earth. It is unaged and additive free, showcasing the finest agave from the family estate in Arandas, Jalisco.
Highland agave, roasted for 72 hours in brick ovens, after fermentation allowed to rest while listening to Spanish classical music for 200 hours, then twice distilled on a copper pot still.
