Apothic Red Blend - 750ml

I wasn’t expecting much from a $12 bottle, but this pour has that dense, jammy richness that makes it feel way more expensive than it is. The blackberry and dark fruit notes come through loud and clear, and it finishes smooth enough to have a second glass without thinking twice.

This dark fruit blend is incredibly smooth, with layers of blackberry and plum that hit the perfect balance of rich and bold. I bought a bottle for a quiet night in and ended up polishing it off before the movie even finished.

Opened it on a weeknight after a long shift and the dark blackberry and cherry notes hit right away. It’s smooth enough to sip alone, though I did wish it had just a bit more tannic grip for pairing with heavier food.
