Opened it last night and the balance is exactly what I look for in a Pinot Noir—ripe but not flabby. The depth of flavor held up beautifully even after the bottle had been open for a couple of hours.

This bottle’s dark fruit and jammy richness is exactly what I look for in a Pinot Noir, and the warmth from that coastal corridor really comes through in the finish. I opened it with a simple pasta dinner and it paired beautifully without overpowering the meal. Definitely ordering another.
