Bombay Sapphire Gin - 750ml

The juniper comes through clean and bright, but it's that ten-botanical blend that makes it stand out in a gin and tonic — complex without being heavy. This 750ml bottle disappeared faster than I expected, which says everything about how smooth it drinks.

The vapor infusion really lets the botanicals shine through, making a noticeably smoother gin and tonic than cheaper brands. I've been using it in martinis and the finish is so much cleaner.

It makes a perfectly competent martini, and I appreciate that it uses ten botanicals for a complex flavor. For the price though, I was honestly expecting a bit more distinctive character.
