Bozal Cuishe Mezcal - 750ml

The semi-wild agave really comes through—there’s a smokiness that builds slowly and lingers in a way I didn’t expect from a highland pour. That arid, elevated soil character gives it a dry, earthy finish that’s perfect for sipping neat. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week.

The Cuishe agave gives this a mineral, almost earthy kick that I wasn't expecting from a mezcal. Sipping it slow on a cool evening, the highland growing really comes through compared to the smokier stuff I've had.

Poured this for a few friends who usually stick to tequila and every one of them asked what it was. The minerality from those highland soils is no joke, and it sips smooth enough that I don't bother with the worm salt anymore.
