Clase Azul Plata Tequila - 750ml

I’ve had this bottle on my bar for a week and it’s already half gone — the slow-cooked, caramelized flavor from those nine-year-old agave plants makes even a simple margarita taste elevated. The finish is so smooth I caught myself sipping it neat, which I rarely do with a plata.

The agave really shines here—you can taste that nine-year maturity in every sip. The slow-cooking process gives it a subtle caramel sweetness without being heavy, perfect for sipping neat.

The nine-year agave aging gives this tequila a smooth finish, but I found the caramelized flavor a bit too subtle for my taste. It's a solid mid-tier option for sipping neat, though I expected more complexity given the price.
