I was expecting something sour and harsh, but this is soft and easy — grapefruit and strawberry up front, then that river-stone minerality on the finish. Chilled it hard and drank it on the porch all afternoon.

I wasn't expecting the color to be that pale pink, but it's genuinely gorgeous in the glass. The grapefruit and strawberry notes come through clean, and that river stone minerality makes it way more interesting than your average summer sipper.

Poured ice cold on a hot afternoon, this is dangerously easy to drink — the grapefruit and strawberry come through clearly with that mineral, river-stone finish. My only gripe is the bottle disappeared way too fast for the price.
