Empress 1908 Gin - 750ml

The deep purple colour is what sold me, and it turns a gorgeous soft pink the second you add tonic—such a fun party trick. That light floral fragrance carries through without being overpowering, and the citrus and spice balance is spot on for sipping neat.

We tried this in a gin and tonic and the color change from the botanicals was a hit at the party. The floral notes come through beautifully without being too perfumey.
