Haku Yuzu Vodka - 750ml

I mixed this with soda water and a squeeze of lime and it was dangerously easy to drink. The citrus is bright without tasting like candy, and it goes down smoother than the potato vodkas I usually keep on the shelf.

The yuzu here tastes like actual fresh citrus rather than candy flavoring, which I didn't expect from a vodka. It's clean enough to sip over ice but really shines in a simple soda with a squeeze of lime.

I was skeptical about a citrus vodka being this smooth, but the yuzu infusion is so well balanced it’s almost creamy on the finish. I’ve been sipping it neat over a single large ice cube and the clean, 100% Japanese grain base really lets the fruit shine without any burn.
