I opened this for a casual picnic and the crisp, slightly yeasty finish was a hit with everyone. The bright fruit flavors really come through without being too sweet, and it paired beautifully with fresh fruit and cheese.

The bubbles are so lively and fine, exactly what I hoped for from a méthode ancestrale wine. That first sip of bright raspberry and stone fruit was incredibly refreshing. I'm already planning my next bottle.
