La Quintinye Vermouth Extra Dry - 750ml

The dry finish is perfect for my martinis, and the botanicals come through without overpowering the gin. It’s a classy bottle, too, and the 750ml size lasts me a good while.

The botanicals in this extra dry vermouth are incredibly well-balanced, making it perfect for a crisp Martini. I've been using it in place of my usual white vermouth and the difference in complexity is noticeable. For the price, this bottle delivers a lot of character.

I picked this up mostly for the elegant bottle design, but the taste is what won me over—it’s much smoother and more balanced than the dry vermouths I’ve tried before. The botanist’s legacy really comes through in the blend.
