First sip hits you with a clean, peppery warmth that’s perfect for sipping neat. The finish is surprisingly smooth for a blanco, with just a hint of that highland agave sweetness lingering. Definitely my new go-to for a simple, well-made tequila.

The roasted agave character really comes through on the nose and carries that same smoky-sweet depth onto the palate, all from those highland soils in Arandas. I poured a glass for a friend who's picky about tequila and we both finished the bottle way too fast over one evening.
