Silver Oak Alexander Valley 卡本內蘇維濃 - 750毫升

Opened it last night and the full-bodied texture really lives up to the description—it coats the mouth nicely without being heavy. Took a star off only because I wish the finish lingered a bit longer, but for the price it's a solid pour.

The garnet color is exactly as described, and it has a nice full body that paired well with our steaks. I’d say it’s a bit pricier than I usually spend, but the smooth finish made it worth it for a special occasion.

Opened this for a dinner party and the deep garnet color alone set the tone. It's a lively, full-bodied cab that handled the steaks beautifully, though I’d have liked a touch more of that classic Alexander Valley fruit on the finish. Still, a very solid bottle for the price.
