The Glenlivet 21年單一麥芽蘇格蘭威士忌 - 750ml

The 21 years in the cask really comes through — there's this deep dried fruit and oak thing going on that I haven't found in younger single malts. Poured it neat for my anniversary and it was smooth enough that I didn't even think about adding a drop of water.

Bought this for my dad's 60th and we cracked it open together — the two decades of aging really show in how smooth it goes down, no harsh burn at all. The dried fruit and oak notes linger for ages after each sip. Worth every penny for a milestone bottle.

The sherry cask finish really comes through on the nose before the first sip even hits your tongue, and that two-decade patience shows in every silky drop. I’ve had younger single malts, but this one’s depth is on another level entirely.
