Villarini Nero D'Avola 自然葡萄酒 - 750ml

I was really impressed by how the sage and cocoa notes come through alongside the fruit—makes it more complex than the usual red. Pairs perfectly with a casual pasta dinner, and the plum finish lingers just enough. Definitely my new go-to Sicilian red.

The cherry and plum notes come through nicely, and it's smooth enough to sip on its own. I paired it with pasta and it held up well, though I'd have liked a bit more of that cocoa finish.
