Ricca Tierra Bronco Buster - 750ml

Didn't expect a Mediterranean blend from the Riverland to taste this fresh. There's a lovely waxy texture mid-palate that keeps it interesting without being heavy, and it stayed crisp even after being open a couple days.

The texture on this Riverland white is what got me — round and a little waxy, but still finishes crisp. Served it cold with grilled prawns and it held up better than the Sauv Blanc I usually grab.

Picked this up on a whim and the citrus acidity is really bright without being sharp. It's from the Riverland region and you can taste that sun—goes down easy chilled on a hot afternoon.
